How do you ensure the freshness of your produce during shipping?

We harvest our produce to order and ship in temperature-controlled, eco-friendly packaging to ensure your food arrives as fresh as if you picked it yourself.

Are all your products certified organic?

Yes, every item at The Organic Farm is 100% USDA certified organic, grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or GMOs.

What is your delivery area and schedule?

We currently deliver nationwide. Orders placed by Sunday at midnight are harvested on Monday and delivered by Wednesday or Thursday of the same week.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Since we deal with perishables, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged items, and we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, you can sign up for our 'Harvest Box' subscription to receive seasonal produce weekly or bi-weekly at a 15% discount compared to one-time purchases.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is harvested and packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey from our farm to your doorstep.
